I love this pan! I spray a little oil on both sides before I use, and it doesn't stick. Would have given 5 stars if the pan handles were rubberized so you don't have to use bulky hot pads. Handles do get quite hot. Definitely do recommend.

I have made frittatas in the oven and was not highly impressed. I then saw this frittata pan on amazon and purchased it. I made a frittata and oh my goodness what a difference. The frittata raised really well, was not dry around the edges, and best of all it did not fall. Beautiful and delicious.

Bought this heavy-duty omelette pan on AMZN: it's terrific! Used medium heat (electric glass top stove) and light spray of canola oil to produce a wonderfully puffy omelette. No sticking, no burning! This made-in-USA pan is so much better than the cheaper light-weight Chinese import that I previously bought (also from AMZN).
