T-fal Caldero is a Versatile Pan, I can Cook or Fry or even Boil just about any Food and they all come out Great. It is very Light, made of Beautiful Sky Blue Color, Hard Enamel outside and Non-Stick interior. I Stir-Fry a lot with the Pan and does a Great Job, I make Fried Rice, Cook Breakfast, Fried Fish just about anything I like and I know is going to be Good. The Caldero Pan comes with a Beautiful Glass Lid so I can see what's going on inside without having to Lift it, the Lid has a Hole that works as a Vent to Release Steam, I like that.
T-fal 5.5 Quart Caldero has the THERMO-SPOT Unique Heat Indicator, a Red Circle on the Center of the Pan Surface that turns Bright Red and shows when the Surface of the Pan is Perfectly Heated to Seal in the Flavor of the Food. Other Features, the Pro-Metal Pro Interior is Exceptionally Durable and Scratch Resistent, Safe to use with Metal Utinsels
The Exterior Enamel is Durable and Stain Resistant and easy to Clean, even though is Dishwasher Safe I like to wash it by Hand. Oven Safe up to 500 F, Delivers even Heat Distribution for Reliable Cooking Results. It Measures Exactly 12 Inches Across by over 3 -1/2 Inches Deep. I love the very Comfortable Big Handles, they are easy to Grab and Hold and they do keep Cool.
